Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Also contained in this recent document release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a legend labelling distinct parts of the property.

Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.

More materials made public as part of the current congressional process.
